- Shipping preferences are available by air (FRS via Air) or sea (FRS via Ocean) with various rate options, depending on the budget and needs of the shopper.
- FRS can consolidate your packages for greater cost efficiency, as long as all your packages arrive at the FRS New York of New Jersey office before the weekly Friday cut-off.
Once your order is finalized, it usually takes 3 to 5 working days before your package gets delivered to our New York/New Jersey offices. As soon as your package arrives, it is sent out on the next available flight to the Philippines. FRS Shop & Ship will then advise you via e-mail the estimated time of the arrival (ETA) of your package in Manila. From our New York/New Jersey offices, it will take 5 to 7 working days through FRS via Air.
For online orders that will be sent through FRS via Ocean, the shipment will be sent on the next available sailing date depending upon receipt of the item. It will take 5-7 weeks for the vessel to reach Manila.
Once your package is ready for pick-up at our Manila office, you will be informed of the corresponding freight charge that can be paid in U.S. Dollars or its equivalent in Philippine pesos, based on the day’s exchange rate.
If you have purchased more than one item from different online stores, we can consolidate and send your packages altogether at the end of the week. This will help you save since you will only be charged once for the handling fee. Please inform us if you are expecting several packages within the week, as there is a consolidation fee. If not, packages will be shipped out as received through FRS via Air.
Heavy, bulky purchases that do not need to reach the Philippines in a hurry may be sent through FRS via Ocean, so that you will not be charged on the basis of the weight and size of your package. And, if you have purchased more than one item from different online stores, we can consolidate them for you within two weeks. Please inform us if you are expecting several packages. If not, packages will be shipped out as received.
To shop online without using a credit card, just follow these easy steps:
- Please visit our Metro Manila office at Pasda Masion, No. 2 Timog Ave. corner Quezon Ave, Quezon City, to fill up a form and make a deposit for your intended purchase
- Give us the online links (URL) of your items, and we will then place the order for you using FRS's company card. Please note that a minimum charge of 4% will be added to your bill for this service.
- We will inform you of the status of your purchase, the estimated time of departure from the US as well as the estimated time of arrival in Manila of your packages.
The weight of each package is computed with the actual gross weight or volume weight, whichever is higher. If the package is not proportionate to its size, the weight of the package is computed on a volume weight, computed as follows:
"166 cubic inches = 1 pound", multiply the Length x Width x Height divided by 166, the resulting number is the Volume Weight.
